Because your order is personalised and made to order, we can't offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please check your details before you buy.

If it arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll sort it out. Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll remake it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
